Hello! My name is Charity Webb. I am the Director at ABC, under the direct leadership of the owner, Ms. Malinda Smith-Margiotta. I have been part of ABC family for four years and I love it!
What I love most about ABC is the opportunities to learn and grow each and every day, as well as the wonderful relationships that I have built with the families and staff. This is truly a place where we make a difference, and feel good doing it!
I grew up in Sumter South Carolina , where all of my family still resides. I am the second oldest to two sisters and a brother. I travel home yearly to see them all. Currently, I reside in Temecula. I have been married for seven years to Derek Webb, a Senior Chief in the United States Navy. He is soon to retire after twenty-six proud years of serving his Country. He and my thirteen year-old son moved here from San Diego in 2002, and absolutely loves this family-oriented city.. We also have a Pomeranian named Tiny that is a big part of our family as well, My extended family consists of my Father-in-law, Brother-in-law, and niece, who all reside in Los Angeles California.
I have been working in the Child Development field for sixteen years and I enjoy it very much. I have a passion for the field and feel like each and everyone here at ABC; on all levels; are an integral part of young children’s lives and should always take pride in what we do. I earned my Diploma in Early Childhood Development in 1993. Currently, I am working towards my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management-due to graduate in March 2010. I will immediately enter the Master’s Program in Early Childhood Education. My life’s philosophy is “the sky is the limit” and “each day is a new day.”
In my spare time I enjoy going to football and basketball games to support my son, attending my monthly Book Club Meetings, watching Lifetime and TV One channels, walking, wine tasting, cooking, and chatting on Face Book.

Hello!
My name is Ms. Shannon
I have been with ABC for 5 years as a lead teacher and Pre-K department head. I recently was promoted to Assistant Director. I have over 20 years teaching
experience.
I attended Orange Coast College for 2 years and then transferred to UCI to finish up my education.
I moved to Temecula from Costa Mesa In 2004, I have been happily married for over 12 years.
My husband is a service manager at 4 Wheel Parts here in Temecula. We have a beautiful daughter, Taylor, who is currently in the 7th grade at Gardener Middle school. We enjoy camping, riding our quads, watching football and being with our family and friends.
You can usually find me in my garden, or baking or with a really good book. Please feel free to ask any questions you have. I look forward to a very rewarding year. Thank you!

Hello! My name is Leda.
I was born in Costa Rica, which is
located in Central America. I have four children, 2 boys and 2 girls. I am also blessed with my first granddaughter, Arianna.
I have worked as a teacher for over 16 years. Three of those years in Indiana and the rest in California. I have taught infants, toddlers, pre-school age and advanced pre-kindergarten. Most of my years teaching has been with the older age groups although I have enjoyed the uniqueness of each age group. My experience also includes working in an after school program in an elementary school where I incorporated a structured program that helped the children with their homework and had set up after school activities. For the past four years I have been teaching Kindergarten here at ABC, and am looking forward to many more years to come.
At this time my goal is to further my education as I love knowledge and love to incorporate what I learn. I started out in this field with an “I’ll try it out attitude” but soon realized that teaching has become my hearts desire and the right path that I have chosen in my life. I’d like to thank you for the opportunity to teach your child and for entrusting me with their Kindergarten education.
